at our firm are very accessible to their clients. Diligence about
returning clients’ phone calls in a timely manner and about
keeping them updated on the status of their case is standard operating
procedure. Clients are routinely copied on all paperwork relating
to their case, and are kept “in the loop.” Stern &
Goldberg does not believe in surprises.
