Hen Amir joined Stern & Goldberg as an associate in May 2016. Her practice focuses on matters relating to trusts, estates, business transactions and real property transactions. Mrs. Amir's past experience includes the representation of clients in the acquisition, sale and financing of commercial real estate.

Mrs. Amir earned her J.D. from UCLA School of Law in 2013. While a law student at UCLA, she served as Business Manager of the Business Law Association and Managing Editor for the Entertainment Law Review. She was also a Student Fellow at the Lowell Milken Institute for Business Law and Policy. Mrs. Amir earned her B.A. in Business Economics with a Minor in Accounting, magna sum laude, from UCLA in 2009.

Mrs. Amir is proficient in Hebrew. She is admitted to practice in California.
